TRIG Operations Office

MAISA has been requested to facilitate an operations office for the Technology Readiness Infrastructure Grant (TRIG) by the Activity One Awardees, Wexford-Missaukee ISD, for Project Management. The focus of the TRIG operations office is to oversee the TRIG work, keep the work focused on a statewide project and to develop a communications plan that will keep all the stakeholders abreast of the progress of the grant in preparing to implement the online growth assessments in Michigan.

Our Goals

 

  • Assist in coordination of the implementation of the 22i Technology Readiness Infrastructure Grant with the consortia awardees.
  • Assist in coordination of the implementation of the Activities for 22i Technology Readiness Infrastructure Grant with the awardees.
  • Assist in the communication of the components and progress of the grant to everyone in Michigan.
  • Work as a liaison with MDE, local districts, local ISDs, the TRIG Steering Committee, TRIG Activity Project Managers, and the legislator's about the goals and progress of TRIG.
